We are passionate about loving God, loving others, and changing the world—especially within our own city. Each weekend we gather to worship and learn from God’s Word, but we believe church” is much more than a one-hour event. The relationships formed through volunteering and small groups provide the ideal place to truly belong, celebrate the joys of life, weather the storms together, and become who God made you to be. Wherever you find yourself in life or faith, we hope your first step will be checking out Willow South Barrington! Where should I park? There are three entrances to Willow South Barrington—Algonquin Road, Barrington Road, and Mundhank Road. We recommend parking in our D and E lots if you’re a first time guest. No matter what road entrance you come in, our traffic team will gladly point you in the right direction! Where do I go when I get there? We are here to help as much as you need! If you like to find your own way, you’re more than welcome to go straight into our Main Auditorium or Atrium (for video viewing) and sit wherever you like. If you have children, connect with one of our volunteers in the lobby who will help you get to the right Next Gen ministry (Willow Kids, Willow Friends, or Jr. High Ministry). Staff and volunteers are standing by in our Next Steps room to help you get connected—or you can fill out our digital connect card before you come! What do you do for kids? We offer fantastic programs for kids and students during weekend services and throughout the week! On Sundays, kids birth–grade 5 can learn about God and connect with others at Willow Kids . Our junior-high students (grades 6–8) also meet on Sundays for a Willow Students program created just for them! High schoolers gather on Sunday evenings to worship and learn through God’s Word and build connection through small groups & mid-size communities. We also have Willow Friends , our disability and inclusion ministry which has programs for kids, teens, and adults on Sundays and throughout the week. In addition to these great ministries, Willow Preschool is our on-site preschool that is open to the public. Are you open throughout the week? We offer open hours throughout the week for people to gather for small groups, coffee connects, playdates, and more! Entrance F is open to access the building during open hours. Spaces that are open for gathering include the Atrium, Main Lobby, the Link, the Café, and the indoor playground area. Yes, our indoor playground is available each day during our open building hours and is recommended kids ages 1–10. Please park and enter through the F Entrance to access our play area, which is located on the lower level. Elevator access is available, as needed. Playground Hours: Monday: 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Tuesday: 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Wednesday: 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Thursday: 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Saturday: 7 a.m.–12 p.m. Sunday: 7 a.m.–3 p.m. *The playground is closed from 10:30–11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, during the school year for Willow Preschool use. Do you offer language interpretation for services? Yes! We offer language interpretation in American Sign Language (ASL), Chinese, Korean, & Spanish during our 11 a.m. service.
